Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer reliable shipping within the USA:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, promotions may include free shipping — details will be specified on the product or checkout page.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment until delivery.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide with either Tracked Standard service for Express for an additional cost.

Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
